PSJ Open Access Policy

PSJ follows a no-embargo open-access model: readers receive free full-text access immediately upon publication.

The open-access policy is designed to increase knowledge accessibility, citation visibility, and international discoverability of research.

The editorial office supports lawful and ethical reuse of content with mandatory attribution of authorship and publication source.

Access to journal articles is free for all users without registration or subscription.

Reading, downloading, and sharing are permitted within license terms and applicable law.

Restrictions may apply only to materials under a separate legal regime when explicitly stated in the publication.

Journal content is published under the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial 4.0 International license (CC BY-NC 4.0).

The license allows copying, sharing, and adapting materials for non-commercial use with required attribution and source citation.

Users may reuse published materials for educational and research purposes under CC BY-NC 4.0.

Reuse requires proper attribution to author, article title, journal, and DOI (if available).

Commercial reuse is allowed only with separate written permission from the rights holder.

Authors retain copyright in their publications while granting the journal first publication rights.

Publication in PSJ indicates author agreement with the journal's open-access and licensing terms.

Author rights are protected under applicable law when content is reused by third parties.

Authors may deposit the published article version in institutional and thematic repositories with full bibliographic citation.

For self-archiving, authors are encouraged to include the official publication URL and article DOI.

Deposited versions must not alter the published content or contradict licensing conditions.

PSJ supports DOI assignment to ensure stable identification and citation of publications.

DOIs are displayed in article metadata and on publication pages, improving discoverability in international indexes.

Authors are encouraged to use DOIs when citing own and external sources to support durable scholarly communication.

The journal ensures preservation of published content and continued access to issue archives on the official platform.

To minimize data-loss risks, the platform uses backups, technical maintenance, and file integrity controls.

During platform updates, the editorial office preserves persistent links and bibliographic consistency.
