The journal considers manuscripts aligned with philological sciences, humanities research, and language education.

Priority is given to studies demonstrating scientific novelty, clear methodology, robust evidence, and findings significant for the academic community.

Original research articles, analytical reviews, and research-and-methodological materials prepared in accordance with PSJ requirements are accepted for publication.

Language policy

PSJ accepts manuscripts in Kazakh, Russian, and English, provided they comply with unified requirements for academic style and text structure.

To enhance international readability, the editorial team recommends providing informative titles, abstracts, and keywords in English.

The manuscript language must be academically accurate, terminologically consistent, and stylistically sound; the editorial office may request language revision when necessary.

Multilingual publication and translated versions are permitted when the original source is clearly indicated and editorial requirements are observed.

Publication frequency

The journal is published regularly four times a year and follows an approved editorial production schedule.

Submitted manuscripts are accepted on a rolling basis and assigned to issues after peer review and editorial preparation are completed.
